Sahal meaning
Sahal (سہل) is a Muslim boy's name of Arabic origin (Malayalam usage).
Smooth, soft, level; easy, not difficult
Sahal (سہل, Malayalam സഹൽ) is the Kerala spelling of the Arabic name Sahl. Lane's Lexicon explains sahl first as smooth or soft, plain or level, with little roughness, then as easy or facile, the opposite of ṣaʿb, "difficult": a man who is easy of disposition is sahl. As a noun it also means a level, soft tract of land, as opposed to mountains or rugged ground. Name lists give Sahal as "easy" or "smooth", in line with the dictionary. A well-known bearer is the India international footballer Sahal Abdul Samad, a Malayali midfielder who played six seasons for Kerala Blasters.
