Vrinda meaning
Vrinda (वृन्दा) is a Hindu girl's name of Sanskrit origin.
Holy basil (tulasī); a name of Rādhā
Vrinda (वृन्दा) is Sanskrit vṛndā, which Monier-Williams gives as the sacred basil plant, tulasī, as a name of Rādhā, Krishna's beloved, and as the name of the wife of Jalaṃdhara. In the Puranic story her faithfulness made her husband invincible until Vishnu intervened, and she is remembered as becoming, or giving rise to, the tulsi plant. The related word vṛnda means a cluster, flock or multitude. The same word forms the first half of Vrindavan (vṛndāvana), the forest near Mathura where Krishna spent his youth among the cowherds. Name lists give "tulsi" or "holy basil", matching the dictionary.
