Ayushi meaning
Ayushi (आयुषी) is a Hindu girl's name of Sanskrit origin (modern).
Long life (from āyus, "life, vital power, long life")
Ayushi (आयुषी) is a modern girls' name built on Sanskrit āyus, which Monier-Williams defines as life, vital power, vigour, health and long life. The same word gives āyurveda, "the knowledge of life", and the traditional blessing āyuṣmān bhava, "may you live long". Ayushi is the feminine counterpart of the boys' name Ayush, and name lists give "long life", in line with the root. It is also spelled Aayushi.
