We haven't confirmed a dictionary meaning for the name itself.
Harveen (ਹਰਵੀਨ) is a modern Punjabi name given mainly to girls in Sikh families. Its first part is har(i), God, the Creator, as in Harleen and Harpreet; the Mahan Kosh records this sense, and the Guru Granth Sahib uses Hari as a name of God throughout. The ending -veen is harder to explain. It appears in several modern names, such as Gurveen and Jasveen, but it is not a Punjabi word with a recorded meaning, and we could not find a source that says how these names were formed. We therefore give no dictionary meaning for the whole name, only for its first part.
