Parameshwar meaning
Parameshwar (परमेश्वर) is a Hindu boy's name of Sanskrit origin.
The supreme lord, the Supreme Being, God; a name of Śiva and Viṣṇu
Parameshwar (परमेश्वर) joins Sanskrit parama, "highest", with īśvara, "lord", to give "the supreme lord". Monier-Williams records it as the Supreme Being or God, as a name of Shiva, Vishnu and Indra, and as a title of honour for a great king. In Hindi parmeshwar is a common word for God in general. In South India Parameshwara most often refers to Shiva, whose consort is Parameshwari. Name lists give "supreme lord" or "God", the same as the dictionary. North Indian families often write Parmeshwar.
In Hindu tradition this is a name of Shiva.
