Premal meaning
Premal (प्रेमल) is a Hindu boy's name of Sanskrit origin (Gujarati and Hindi usage).
Loving, full of affection (from preman 'love')
Also used to mean: affectionate
Premal (प्रेमल) is an adjective built on Sanskrit preman, which Monier-Williams gives as "love, affection, kindness, tender regard". In Hindi and Gujarati premal describes someone "full of love" or "affectionate", and that is exactly how name lists explain it. Monier-Williams does not record premala as a separate Sanskrit word, so the name is best seen as a modern Indian-language form of an old root. It is used mainly in Gujarat.
