Ulaganathan meaning
Ulaganathan (உலகநாதன்) is a Tamil boy's name.
God, Lord of the world
Ulaganathan (உலகநாதன்) is entered in the Tamil Lexicon of the University of Madras as a single word meaning God, the Lord of the world. It is a compound of ulakam, the world, and nātaṉ, lord or master, a word Tamil shares with Sanskrit nātha, as in names such as Jagannātha and Viśvanātha that carry the same idea. The Lexicon does not tie the title to any one deity; it is used of God in general. The first word is an old one in Tamil: in its form ulaku it closes the very first couplet of the Tirukkuṟaḷ, which says that as the letter A is first of all letters, so God is first of the world. Ulaganathan is a traditional boys' name in Tamil Nadu.
