Utsavi meaning
Utsavi (उत्सवी) is a Hindu girl's name of Sanskrit origin (modern formation). By its first sound, उ, it is a Vrishabh rashi name (Krittika nakshatra) in the North Indian table.
Festive; from utsava, a festival, joy and gladness
Also used to mean: celebration
Utsavi (उत्सवी) is a modern feminine name built on Sanskrit utsava, the root of the boys' name Utsav. Monier-Williams gives utsava as "a festival, jubilee" and "joy, gladness, merriment"; in the Rigveda it can mean an enterprise or beginning, and in the Bhāgavata Purāṇa the opening of a blossom. Adding the feminine ending gives a name that reads as "festive" or "full of celebration", and name lists give Utsavi as "celebration" or "festive", which fits the root. Utsavi itself is a recent coinage rather than an old dictionary word.
