Bazgha meaning
Bazgha (بازغہ) is a Muslim girl's name of Arabic origin (Urdu usage).
Rising, beginning to rise (said of the sun or moon)
Also used to mean: shining, bright
Bazgha (بازغہ) is the Arabic bāzigha, the feminine of bāzigh, from the root b-z-gh, "to begin to rise". Lane's lexicon gives qamar bāzigh and shams bāzigha for a moon or a sun that is beginning to rise, and the noun buzūgh for the first rising of anything. The word comes in the Quran's account of Abraham, who sees the moon rising (6:77) and then the sun rising, ash-shams bāzigha (6:78), before turning to the Creator of both. Name lists give Bazgha as "rising", "shining" or "bright".
