Zoha meaning
Zoha (ضحیٰ) is a Muslim girl's name of Arabic origin.
The early part of the forenoon, after sunrise, when the sun shines brightly
Also used to mean: morning light
Zoha (ضحیٰ) is the Arabic ḍuḥā, said with a z sound in Urdu. Lane's lexicon gives it as the early part of the forenoon, after sunrise, and quotes the view that it is the time just after daḥwa, when the sun shines brightly. The 93rd chapter of the Quran, al-Ḍuḥā, opens with an oath "by the morning brightness" (93:1), and ṣalāt al-ḍuḥā is the voluntary prayer of the forenoon. Name lists give Zoha as "morning light" or "forenoon", which matches the dictionary.
