Biswarup meaning
Biswarup (विश्वरूप) is a Hindu boy's name of Sanskrit origin (Bengali usage).
Having every form, manifold; a name of Vishnu-Krishna and Shiva
Biswarup (विश्वरूप, Bengali বিশ্বরূপ) is the Sanskrit viśvarūpa, from viśva, "all, every", and rūpa, "form". Monier-Williams gives it as an adjective meaning many-formed, many-coloured or manifold, and records it as a name of Śiva and of Viṣṇu-Kṛṣṇa. Its best-known use is in the eleventh chapter of the Bhagavad Gita, where Krishna reveals to Arjuna his universal form, which holds all beings within it. Bengali families usually spell the name Biswarup, following Bengali pronunciation, while in other parts of India the same name is written Vishwaroop.
In Hindu tradition this is a name of Krishna.
