Dakshesh meaning
Dakshesh (दक्षेश) is a Hindu boy's name of Sanskrit origin.
Lord (īśa) joined with dakṣa, 'able, clever', or Dakṣa
Also used to mean: lord of Daksha, Lord Shiva, skilful
Dakshesh (दक्षेश) joins two Sanskrit words: dakṣa and īśa, "master, lord". Monier-Williams gives dakṣa as able, clever, dexterous and intelligent, and also as the name of Dakṣa, the Prajāpati whose daughter Satī married Śiva and whose sacrifice Śiva's follower Vīrabhadra destroyed. Indian name lists usually explain Dakshesh as "lord of Daksha" and connect it with Shiva. The compound itself is not in the classical dictionaries, so it is a newer name built from old words, like the shorter name Daksh. Read through the root, it can also be understood as "lord of the able".
