Rachit meaning
Rachit (रचित) is a Hindu boy's name of Sanskrit origin.
Made, formed, arranged, composed; adorned
Also used to mean: created
Rachit (रचित) is Sanskrit racita, from the verb rac, "to make, form, arrange". Monier-Williams gives it as made, formed, prepared or arranged, composed, as of a poem, and also adorned or furnished with something, and records racita as a man's name. Indian name lists give "created" or "composed", which matches. In Hindi the same word appears in phrases such as kavi dvārā racit, "composed by the poet". Rachith is the usual southern spelling.
