Sujata meaning
Sujata (सुजाता) is a Hindu girl's name of Sanskrit origin.
Well born, noble; of an excellent kind, fine, beautiful
Sujata (सुजाता) is the feminine of Sanskrit sujāta, from su-, "well", and jāta, "born". Monier-Williams gives "well born, of an excellent kind, fine, beautiful", "nobly born, noble" and "genuine, sincere". It records Sujata as the name of several women, notably the daughter of the sage Uddalaka and wife of Kahoda. In Buddhist tradition Sujata is the young woman who offered the Buddha a bowl of milk-rice before his enlightenment. Name lists give "well-born" or "noble", matching the dictionary. Sujatha is the usual South Indian spelling.
