Sukumari meaning
Sukumari (सुकुमारी) is a Hindu girl's name of Sanskrit origin (Malayalam usage).
Very tender or delicate; also jasmine and the name of a river
Sukumari (सुकुमारी) is the feminine of Sanskrit sukumāra, "very tender or delicate", from su-, "very", and kumāra, "young". Monier-Williams also records sukumārī on its own as a name of jasmine and of a river, so the name carries a gentle floral sense as well. In Kerala it is a girls' name, carried most famously by the actress Sukumari, who acted in more than 2,000 films in several languages. It is the feminine counterpart of Sukumar.
