Vishwa meaning
Vishwa (विश्व) is a Hindu boy's name of Sanskrit origin.
All, every, whole, universal; the whole world, the universe
Vishwa (विश्व) is the Sanskrit viśva, one of the oldest words for "all". Monier-Williams gives it as all, every, whole, entire and universal, and notes that it is used of the all-pervading Vishnu-Krishna and of the soul; as a neuter noun it means the whole world, the universe. In the plural it names the Viśve Devāḥ, the "All-gods" honoured in Vedic rites. The word begins many names, such as Vishwanath, Vishwajeet and Vishwesh, and in Hindi it is the everyday word for "world", as in vishwa-vidyalaya, "university". Name lists give Vishwa as "universe" or "world", matching the dictionary.
