Abdullah meaning
Abdullah (عبداللہ) is a Muslim and international boy's name of Arabic origin.
Servant of God
Abdullah (عبداللہ) joins two Arabic words: ʿabd, which Lane's lexicon defines as a bondman and, of a human being, a servant or worshipper of God, and Allāh, the proper name of God. The phrase ʿabdu llāh appears in the Quran, where Jesus, speaking as an infant, says "I am the servant of God" (19:30). The Prophet Muhammad's father was named ʿAbd Allāh, and Muslims have used the name ever since. In India it is borne by leaders such as Sheikh Abdullah of Kashmir.
