Agrim meaning
Agrim (अग्रिम) is a Hindu boy's name of Sanskrit origin. By its first sound, अ, it is a Mesh rashi name (Krittika nakshatra) in the North Indian table.
Being in front; foremost; eldest, principal
Also used to mean: first, leader
Agrim (अग्रिम) is the Sanskrit agrima, built on agra, "front, tip, top". Monier-Williams gives it as being in front or ahead, furthest advanced, and "the foremost", citing the Ṛg-veda, and also as the eldest or principal one. The same root gives agraṇī, "leader", and agraja, "first-born". In modern Hindi agrim means advance or in advance, as in an advance payment. Name lists give Agrim as "foremost", "first" or "leader", which fits the dictionary. It is used in North India.
