Aryaman meaning
Aryaman (अर्यमन) is a Hindu boy's name of Sanskrit origin. By its first sound, अ, it is a Mesh rashi name (Krittika nakshatra) in the North Indian table.
A bosom friend, companion; a Vedic Āditya; the sun
Also used to mean: noble
Aryaman (अर्यमन) is an old Vedic name. Monier-Williams gives the word as a bosom friend, playfellow or companion, especially the friend who asks for a woman's hand on someone else's behalf. As a god, Aryaman is one of the Ādityas, usually invoked together with Mitra and Varuṇa, chief of the Pitṛs (ancestral spirits) and lord of the lunar mansion Uttaraphalgunī; later poetry also uses the name for the sun. In the Bhagavad Gītā (10.29) Krishna says that among the ancestors he is Aryaman. Name lists give "friend", "sun" and "noble"; the first two are in the dictionary, while "noble" seems to come from the likeness to ārya.
