Durreshehwar meaning
Durreshehwar (درِ شہوار) is a Muslim girl's name of Persian origin (Urdu usage).
A royal pearl, a pearl worthy of a king
Also used to mean: pearl fit for a king
Durreshehwar (درِ شہوار) is the Persian phrase durr-i shāhwār, "a pearl fit for a king". Durr is the Arabic word for a pearl, which Lane defines as a pearl or a large pearl, and Steingass gives shāh-wār as "befitting a king". In India the name is linked to Princess Durru Shehvar (1914–2006), the Ottoman princess who married Azam Jah, heir of the Nizam of Hyderabad, and who founded a children's hospital in the city. Name lists give it as "royal pearl". It is spelled in many ways, often with hyphens.
