Gursahib meaning
Gursahib (ਗੁਰਸਾਹਿਬ) is a Sikh boy's name of Punjabi origin.
Gur (the Guru) joined with sāhib (master, lord)
Gursahib (ਗੁਰਸਾਹਿਬ) joins gur, the Guru, with sāhib. The Mahan Kosh gives sāhib, an Arabic word, as owner or lord, the Creator, and friend, and the Japji calls God sāchā sāhib, the true Master, on Ang 2 of the Guru Granth Sahib. Sāhib is also the word of respect in the scripture's own title. The name reads "the Guru, the Master"; name lists give looser readings such as "blessed by the Guru". It is a modern boy's name.
