Harikrishna meaning
Harikrishna (हरिकृष्ण) is a Hindu boy's name of Sanskrit origin.
Personal name; from Hari and Kṛṣṇa, both names of Viṣṇu-Kṛṣṇa
Also used to mean: Lord Krishna
Harikrishna (हरिकृष्ण) puts together two of the best-loved names of the same god. Hari, in Monier-Williams, is a name of Vishnu-Krishna, sometimes explained as "the one who takes away" sin; it is also a colour word for tawny or green. Krishna is the god himself. Monier-Williams lists Harikṛṣṇa as the name of several Sanskrit authors, showing that it has long been used as a personal name. In Kerala the name is usually Harikrishnan, and in North India Harikishan is a spoken form.
