We haven't confirmed a dictionary meaning for the name itself.
Krupali (कृपाली, Gujarati કૃપાલી) is a modern girls' name used mainly in Gujarati families, built on the name Krupa. Its root is Sanskrit kṛpā, which Monier-Williams defines as pity, tenderness and compassion, and which in everyday Gujarati and Hindi usually means divine grace or kindly favour. Sanskrit also has the adjective kṛpālu, "pitiful, compassionate", but Krupali itself is not in the dictionaries, so we show the meaning of its root rather than a dictionary sense for the full name. Name lists explain it through this root. The gymnast Krupali Patel, who received the Arjuna Award in 1989, is a well-known bearer.
