Nirupama meaning
Nirupama (निरुपमा) is a Hindu girl's name of Sanskrit origin.
Peerless, unequalled, incomparable
Nirupama (निरुपमा) is the feminine of Sanskrit nirupama, "without comparison", from nir-, "without", and upamā, "likeness, simile". Monier-Williams gives it as peerless, unequalled and incomparable, citing the Harivaṃśa and classical poetry, and records Nirupamā as the name of a heavenly maiden in the story collection Siṃhāsana-dvātriṃśikā. Name lists give the same meaning. The name is used across India, and Nirupam and Anupam are related boys' names. The diplomat Nirupama Rao, a former Foreign Secretary of India, is a well-known bearer.
