Samaksh meaning
Samaksh (समक्ष) is a Hindu boy's name of Sanskrit origin.
Within sight, before the eyes; present, visible
Samaksh (समक्ष) comes from Sanskrit samakṣa, a word built on akṣa, "eye". Monier-Williams gives it as within sight or before the eyes, and so present or visible; the adverb samakṣam means openly, in the sight or presence of someone, and appears as early as the Rig Veda. In Hindi samaksh is a common word for "in front of" or "in the presence of". Name lists give Samaksh as "before the eyes", "in front" or "present", all matching the dictionary.
