Wajiha meaning
Wajiha (وجیہہ) is a Muslim girl's name of Arabic origin (Urdu usage).
Of high standing, noble, dignified; worthy of regard; handsome
Also used to mean: distinguished, beautiful
Wajiha (وجیہہ) is the feminine of Arabic wajīh, from the root w-j-h, which also gives wajh, "face". A wajīh person is one who has a face, as English says, a standing that others respect. Lane's lexicon gives wajīh as worthy of regard, and Platts's Urdu dictionary defines it as of noble, dignified bearing and respectable rank, and also good-looking or handsome. Name lists give Wajiha as "distinguished", "noble" or "beautiful", all supported by the dictionaries.
