Bhavitha meaning
Bhavitha (भाविता) is a Hindu girl's name of Sanskrit origin. By its first sound, भा, it is a Dhanu rashi name (Mula nakshatra) in the North Indian table.
Cherished, fostered; cultivated, purified; devoted to (bhāvita)
Also used to mean: imbued with good thoughts, goddess durga
Bhavitha (भाविता) is the feminine of Sanskrit bhāvita, "caused to be", from the verb bhū, "to be". Monier-Williams lists a wide range of senses: created or produced, "cherished, protected, fostered", "cultivated, purified", "well-disposed, good-humoured", and "inspired by, devoted to, intent upon". Baby-name lists give it as "imbued with good thoughts", a fair reading of those senses; some also call it a name of Durga, which we could not confirm. The spelling with -th is usual in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka.
