Khushboo meaning
Khushboo (खुशबू) is a Hindu girl's name of Persian origin.
Fragrance, perfume
Khushboo (खुशबू) is the everyday Hindi and Urdu word for a fragrance. It comes from Persian khush-bū, made of khush, "good, pleasant, happy", and bū, "smell", so it literally means "a good scent". Platts's dictionary gives fragrance, perfume and odour, with khush-bū-dār for "sweet-smelling". Name lists give "fragrance", matching the dictionary; some call it Sanskrit, but the word is Persian. It is a girls' name used in North India, and the shorter spelling Khushbu is also used.
