Laraib meaning
Laraib (لاریب) is a Muslim girl's name of Arabic origin (Urdu usage).
Without doubt (Arabic lā rayb, "no doubt")
Also used to mean: undoubting
Laraib (لاریب) is the Arabic phrase lā rayb, "no doubt". Lane's lexicon explains rayb as disquiet or agitation of the mind, and so doubt, because doubt unsettles the mind. The phrase is best known from the second verse of the Quran, which describes the Book as one "in which there is no doubt" (2:2). As a name it is meant to express certainty of faith. Name lists give Laraib as "without doubt" or "undoubting", which matches; a few give other meanings that have no basis in Arabic. The name is used mostly for girls in Pakistan and India.
