Momin meaning
Momin (مومن) is a Muslim boy's name of Arabic origin.
Believing, a believer; faithful, trusting
Momin (مومن) is the Arabic muʾmin, from āmana, "to believe", of the root ʾ-m-n that gives amn, "safety", and īmān, "faith". Lane's lexicon defines muʾmin as believing, or a believer, particularly in God, his word and his messengers, and also faithful and trusting; al-Muʾmin is also a name of God (Quran 59:23). The Quran speaks of a believing man of Pharaoh's people in 40:28. Name lists give the meaning as "believer" or "faithful". The Delhi poet Momin Khan Momin (1800–1852) is a famous bearer.
