Shadab meaning
Shadab (شاداب) is a Muslim boy's name of Persian origin.
Full of water; fresh, moist, flourishing; pleasant
Also used to mean: green, happy
Shadab (شاداب) is a Persian word made of shād, "glad", and āb, "water". Steingass defines shād-āb as full of water, moist, fresh and succulent, and also pleasant, noting its use for a patch of fresh green pasture; shād-ābī is freshness. Name lists give "fresh" and "happy", drawing on the two halves of the word. In India it is mostly a boy's name, though some families give it to girls.
