Naseem meaning
Naseem (نسیم) is a Muslim boy's name of Arabic origin, also used for girls.
A gentle wind; a breeze
Naseem (نسیم) is the Arabic nasīm, from the root n-s-m. Lane's lexicon defines it as a gentle wind or a breeze, the first stirring of a wind before it grows strong, a pleasant wind, or simply the breath of the wind. Urdu poetry often pairs it with morning, as nasīm-e-sahar, "the dawn breeze". Name lists give Naseem as "breeze", matching the dictionary. In India Naseem is mostly a boys' name, though it has also been used for girls, as by the 1930s film star Naseem Banu; the feminine form is usually Naseema or Nasima.
