Nasrullah meaning
Nasrullah (نصراللہ) is a Muslim boy's name of Arabic origin.
Help or victory from God (naṣr + Allāh)
Also used to mean: help of God, victory of God
Nasrullah (نصراللہ) joins Arabic naṣr with Allāh, "God". Lane's lexicon defines naṣr as aid or assistance given to another, especially against an enemy, and also as victory or conquest. The name therefore means "the help of God" or "the victory of God", the two glosses found on name lists. The phrase itself is Quranic: Surah 110, al-Naṣr, opens "When the help of God and the victory come" (110:1). Names of this pattern, a noun joined to Allāh, are used in South Asia, such as Rahmatullah and Habibullah.
