Mubashira meaning
Mubashira (مبشرہ) is a Muslim girl's name of Arabic origin (Urdu usage).
A bringer of good news (feminine of mubashshir)
Mubashira (مبشرہ) is the feminine of the Arabic mubashshir, from the root b-sh-r, which gives bushrā, "good news", and bashāra, "glad tidings". Lane's lexicon gives bashīr and mubashshir as one who announces news to people, usually joyful news. The Quran calls the Prophet mubashshiran wa nadhīrā, "a bearer of good news and a warner" (33:45), and describes the winds sent ahead of rain as mubashshirāt, "bringers of glad tidings" (30:46). Name lists give Mubashira as "bringer of good news", matching the dictionary. Mubashra is another spelling.
