Yumna meaning
Yumna (یمنیٰ) is a Muslim girl's name of Arabic origin.
(feminine of ayman) right-hand; lucky, auspicious; from yumn, 'prosperity, good fortune'
Also used to mean: blessed, fortunate, right side
Yumna (یمنیٰ) is the feminine of Arabic ayman, from the root y-m-n. Lane's lexicon gives ayman as the right hand, as opposed to the left, and also as lucky or auspicious, the most fortunate; the root noun yumn means prosperity, good fortune and blessing. The two ideas go together in Arabic, where the right side was the side of good omen; Yemen takes its name from the same root. Name lists give Yumna as "blessed", "fortunate" or "on the right side", all in line with the dictionary.
