Natwar meaning
Natwar (नटवर) is a Hindu boy's name of Sanskrit origin.
The chief actor or dancer
Also used to mean: lord krishna, best of dancers
Natwar (नटवर) is Sanskrit naṭavara, from naṭa, "actor, dancer", and vara, "best". Monier-Williams gives it as the chief actor or dancer. In Vaishnava devotion the word became a title of Krishna, the graceful dancer of the rasa dance with the gopis of Vraja, and it appears in his names and songs; the Gujarati form Natvar is also used. Name lists give "Lord Krishna" or "best of dancers", which fits. K. Natwar Singh, the diplomat and author, served as India's Minister of External Affairs.
In Hindu tradition this is a name of Krishna.
