Raghunath meaning
Raghunath (रघुनाथ) is a Hindu boy's name of Sanskrit origin.
Lord of the Raghus, a name of Rāma
Also used to mean: lord rama, lord of the raghu dynasty
Raghunath (रघुनाथ) joins Raghu, the royal house of Ayodhya, with nātha, "lord, protector". Monier-Williams records raghunātha as "lord of the Raghus", a name of Rāma, and it is one of the most familiar titles of Rāma in hymns and temple names, such as the Raghunath temple in Jammu. Many scholars carried the name; in Maratha history Raghunathrao served as Peshwa in 1773–74. Raghunathan is the usual Tamil and Malayalam form.
In Hindu tradition this is a name of Ram.
