Neelabh meaning
Neelabh (नीलाभ) is a Hindu boy's name of Sanskrit origin. By its first sound, नी, it is a Vrishchik rashi name (Anuradha nakshatra) in the North Indian table.
Bluish; a cloud
Also used to mean: bluish glow
Neelabh (नीलाभ) is Sanskrit nīlābha, from nīla, "dark blue", and ābhā, "lustre, colour". Monier-Williams gives it as an adjective, "bluish", and, from the old lexicons, as a noun meaning a cloud, the dark rain cloud of the monsoon sky. Name lists give "bluish glow" or "cloud", both supported by the dictionary; a few add "moon", which we could not find there. The Hindi poet, translator and journalist Neelabh Ashk wrote under the name Neelabh.
