Nirbhay meaning
Nirbhay (निर्भय) is a Hindu boy's name of Sanskrit origin.
Fearless; free from danger, secure
Nirbhay (निर्भय) is Sanskrit nirbhaya, "without fear". Monier-Williams gives it as fearless or unafraid, and also as free from danger, secure and tranquil; as a noun it means fearlessness or security, and in the Harivamsha it is the name of a son of the thirteenth Manu. Name lists give "fearless", matching the dictionary. The same word is used in Hindi today, and the Indian long-range cruise missile developed by the DRDO is named Nirbhay.
