Parameshwari meaning
Parameshwari (परमेश्वरी) is a Hindu girl's name of Sanskrit origin.
Supreme goddess; a name of Durga and of Sita
Parameshwari (परमेश्वरी) is the feminine of parameśvara, "the supreme lord", formed from parama, "highest", and īśvara, "lord". Monier-Williams uses parameśvara for the Supreme Being and for Shiva, Vishnu and Indra, and gives the feminine parameśvarī as a name of Durgā and of Sītā. Name lists render it "supreme goddess" and connect it with Durga or Parvati, which agrees with the dictionary. The name is used across India, and in the South it is spelt Parameswari. Parameshwar is the masculine form.
In Hindu tradition this is a name of Durga.
