Prabal meaning
Prabal (प्रबल) is a Hindu boy's name of Sanskrit origin.
Strong, powerful, mighty, great
Prabal (प्रबल) is the Sanskrit prabala, formed from pra-, "forward, very", and bala, "strength". Monier-Williams gives it as strong, powerful, mighty and great, and in the Bhagavata Purana Prabala is the name of one of Krishna's sons and of an attendant of Vishnu. In Hindi, prabal is still the ordinary word for something strong or intense. Name lists give the same meaning, "strong" or "powerful". Bengali families often write the name as Probal.
