Prajwal meaning
Prajwal (प्रज्वल) is a Hindu boy's name of Sanskrit origin.
From pra-√jval, to blaze up: flaming, blazing, shining
Also used to mean: bright, radiant
Prajwal (प्रज्वल) comes from the Sanskrit verb pra-jval, "to blaze up, to burst into flame". Monier-Williams records the related prajvalita as flaming, blazing, burning and shining; the bare form prajvala is not listed, so the name is best explained from the verb. Hindi still uses prajvalit for a lamp or fire that has been lit. Name lists give "bright" or "radiant", which follows the root. The name is used in Karnataka and Maharashtra and also in Nepal.
