Riddhiman meaning
Riddhiman (ऋद्धिमान) is a Hindu boy's name of Sanskrit origin.
Prosperous, wealthy, flourishing; bestowing prosperity
Also used to mean: rich
Riddhiman (ऋद्धिमान) is the Sanskrit ṛddhimat, in its nominative form ṛddhimān. It is built from ṛddhi, "growth, prosperity, success", and the suffix -mat, "having", so it means "one who has prosperity". Monier-Williams gives it as "prosperous, wealthy, in a flourishing state", as in the Mahābhārata and Rāmāyaṇa, and also "bringing prosperity". Name lists give "prosperous" or "rich". In Bengal it is often spelt Wriddhiman, as with the India wicketkeeper Wriddhiman Saha. Riddhi is its sister name for girls.
