Rudransh meaning
Rudransh (रुद्रांश) is a Hindu boy's name of Sanskrit origin.
A portion of Rudra, that is, of Shiva
Also used to mean: part of Lord Shiva
Rudransh (रुद्रांश) is built from Sanskrit rudra and aṃśa, "a share or portion". Monier-Williams explains rudra as "roarer" or "howler", the name of the Vedic god of storms, and notes that in later mythology the name Śiva came to be used for Rudra. So the name reads as "a part of Rudra", and Indian name lists give it as "part of Lord Shiva", which comes to the same thing. The compound is not found in the old dictionaries, so it is a modern formation, in the same family as Shivansh and Devansh. It keeps the older, more powerful Vedic name for the god rather than the later one.
