Sanchit meaning
Sanchit (संचित) is a Hindu boy's name of Sanskrit origin.
Gathered, collected, accumulated, heaped up
Sanchit (संचित) is Sanskrit saṃcita, the past participle of sam-ci, "to gather together". Monier-Williams gives piled together, heaped up, gathered, collected or accumulated, then dense or thick, as of a forest, full of or provided with something, and frequently practised. In Hindu philosophy sañcita karma is the store of deeds accumulated from past lives. Name lists give Sanchit as "collected" or "accumulated", which matches the dictionary closely.
