Arham meaning
Arham (ارحم) is a Muslim, Jain and international boy's name of Arabic origin.
More, or most, merciful
Arham (ارحم) is the Arabic arḥam, the comparative form from the root r-ḥ-m, "mercy", so it means "more, or most, merciful". The same root gives raḥma, "mercy", and the divine names ar-Raḥmān and ar-Raḥīm. Lane cites the phrase arḥamu ar-rāḥimīn, "the Most Merciful of those who show mercy", which the Quran uses of God in 12:64. Name lists today give Arham as "merciful" or "most merciful", in line with the dictionary. Jain families in India also use Arham, but that is a separate word, connected with Sanskrit arhat, "worthy, venerable", a title of the revered beings of Jainism.
