Madhu meaning
Madhu (मधु) is a Hindu unisex name of Sanskrit origin, used for both girls and boys.
Sweet, delightful; honey, nectar; the spring month Caitra
Madhu (मधु) is an old Vedic word. Monier-Williams gives it as an adjective meaning sweet, delicious, pleasant or charming, and as a noun meaning honey, nectar, Soma, milk and anything sweet to drink, including mead and wine. As a masculine noun madhu also names the spring season and the first month of the year, Caitra. In the epics and Purāṇas Madhu is an asura killed by Vishnu, which is why Vishnu and Krishna are called Madhusūdana, "slayer of Madhu". Name lists give "honey" or "sweet", matching the dictionary. In India Madhu is given to both girls and boys, and it also begins many longer names, such as Madhuri and Madhubala.
