Naeem meaning
Naeem (نعیم) is a Muslim boy's name of Arabic origin.
Enjoyment, delight, pleasure; a life of plenty and ease
Also used to mean: comfort, bliss
Naeem (نعیم) is the Arabic naʿīm, from the root n-ʿ-m, which carries ideas of ease and good fortune. Lane's lexicon defines naʿīm as enjoyment, delight or pleasure, and as a life of plenty and ease. The word is familiar from the Quran, which says that the righteous will be "in bliss" (82:13) and describes Paradise as gardens of bliss. Name lists today give Naeem as "comfort", "bliss" or "ease", which stays close to the dictionary. The same root gives niʿma, "a blessing or favour", and the name Nauman.
