Prasoona meaning
Prasoona (प्रसूना) is a Hindu girl's name of Sanskrit origin (Telugu usage).
A flower, blossom
Prasoona (प्रसूना) is a feminine form of Sanskrit prasūna, "a flower, blossom". Monier-Williams gives prasūna as a flower or blossom, and also as fruit, with examples from the Mahabharata and classical poetry; as an adjective the same word means born or produced. In the north, Prasoon is a boy's name built on the same word, while Prasoona and Prasuna are used for girls, especially in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Baby-name lists give the meaning simply as "flower".
