We haven't confirmed a dictionary meaning for the name itself. The meaning above is how families commonly use it.
Rimsha (رمشا) is a modern name that families use to mean "bouquet of flowers" or simply "beautiful". We could not find the name itself in Lane, Steingass or Platts. Steingass does list an Arabic word ramsh with several senses, one of which is "a bundle of fragrant herbs", and that may be where the popular meaning "bouquet" comes from, but we cannot confirm the link. Some name lists instead connect it with the modern Arabic word for an eyelash. Rimsha and the closely related Ramsha, written the same way in Urdu, are used in Pakistan and by Indian Muslim families.
